As one of a record-breaking 888 recipients, Trident earned the small business Platinum award, a testament to our unwavering commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans.

The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal-level award that recognizes businesses for their dedication to veteran employment. Recipients meet rigorous criteria, including veteran hiring and retention, leadership programming, tuition assistance, and veteran-specific resources. This recognition reflects Trident’s ongoing mission to honor the sacrifices of those who serve by creating meaningful career opportunities.

The HIRE Vets Medallion Awards Ceremony will take place on Jan. 29 in Washington, D.C., where Trident’s Karen Haddock will accept the award on behalf of the company. That will be a busy week for Trident, as our Chief of Staff Rebecca Wayland will be participating at the Department of War’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) annual partner meeting on Jan. 29 and representing the company at the MSEP Induction Ceremony on Jan. 30, further underscoring our dedication to supporting military families. “This is a rare occasion where we’re really happy about being double-booked!
