GSA Launches OASIS+ Phase II (Announcement)

GSA officially announced the expansion of OASIS+ with Phase II. Phase II includes 5 new service domains across all 6 solicitations (unrestricted to set-asides), for a total of 13 domains.

Key Dates to Watch:
- Dec. 18, 2025: Pre-amendment 008 notice & draft scorecards for all domains released
- Jan. 12, 2026: All existing OASIS+ contract holders must review and sign the bilateral modification
- Jan. 14, 2026: Symphony portal opened for submissions
- Jan. 14, 2026: GSA releases OASIS+ Phase II final RFP
- Coming Soon: Answers to burning questions from current contract holders about modifications
