Tasks

Trident will provide an experienced proposal manager to work with the client and review their contractual and company documentation to aid in determining if an OASIS+ contract is achievable for them, and if so, under which domain(s). The baseline check includes evaluation against two domains; evaluation against additional domains will involve an additional surcharge (see Section VI). This support specifically includes: 

  • Collect and review Qualifying Experience Project documentation, provided by the Client, to determine an approximate number of credits each qualification could earn 
  • Review substantiating company documentation as required to identify validity of certifications and help company determine if existing company policies meet expected requirements 
  • Recommend domains with the best chance of receiving an award based on the projects submitted/reviewed 
  • Provide recommended strategies to address shortfalls that exist in projected scoring (if any)

Terms & Conditions

Trident will work directly with the Client to review their project documentation in achieving an OASIS+ contract.  Based on the number of required documents, the following terms and conditions are established: 

  • Client will be responsive to Trident’s request for documents.  Restricting access to required documentation until late in the period of performance will cause an unnecessary burden to the Client and Trident and jeopardize a thorough review of the documents provided. 
  • Trident is not responsible for creating or drafting Client policies that are required to be submitted. 
  • All prices are based on a single bidder. Teaming arrangements will incur a surcharge based on team makeup. 
    • Additional teammate (not contributing qualifying project(s) documentation): $250 each 
    • Additional teammate (contributing qualifying project(s) documentation, up to 3 projects): $500
